Industrial trucks, also known as driverless transport systems (AGVs), have been used successfully in modern logistics centers for years - and the trend is rising. Materials and goods with different loads are transported, stacked and stored and retrieved at defined locations. Logistics centers can only become more efficient through the precise control of automated guided vehicles. Sensors play an essential role here.
